The AEROBAG Plug-In is an intelligent, compact airbag system that seamlessly integrates into your technical cycling apparel. The Plug-In is available in 2 sizes: SIZE 1 and SIZE 2
Engineered for road, gravel, and MTB riding.

The AEROBAG Plug-In is specifically engineered to fit naturally into compatible cycling gear.

This product ONLY includes the AEROBAG Plug-In safety device and one CO2 inflator (cartridge). Bibshort not included.

The AEROBAG Inflator is the powerhouse of your airbag system. It contains the CO2 cartridge and the fast-acting trigger mechanism that inflates your airbag in a fraction of a second during a crash. After a deployment, the inflator must be replaced. We highly recommend always keeping a spare inflator on hand so you can get back on the road safely without delay.

  • Deployment time: Ultra-fast inflation in milliseconds.
  • Content: Pressurized 38gr CO2 gas cylinder.
  • Usage: Single-use only (must be replaced after the airbag has deployed).
  • Installation: Simple and fast installation mechanism for easy replacement.

  • Storage: Store the inflator in a cool, dry place.
  • Heat warning: Do not expose the cylinder to extreme heat, direct sunlight for prolonged periods, or open fire.
  • Washing warning: CRITICAL! Always ensure that you completely remove the inflator from your Plug-in or Bibshort before putting the garment in the washing machine!
